Volumetric vs. Diametric Measurement in the Follow Up of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm After Endovascular Repair

Objective: The aim was to know whether volumetric analysis of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) is a more accurate method than maximum diameter measurement for the diagnosis of endoleak. Secondary objectives were to determine the cut off point of AAA volume that discriminates the existence of endoleak after EVAR and to analyse the influence of intraluminal thrombus (ITL) in the genesis of endoleak.
