Outcomes of Short and Long Tibial Stems for Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty in a Population of Obese Patients at Two-Year Follow-Up: A Clinical and Biomechanical Study

Obesity can be a source of higher failure rates and inferior clinical outcomes after total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The aim of this study was to compare outcomes, failure rates, and stress distributions of TKA in obese patients using a short, long, or no tibial stem.
