Abstract No. 136 Correlation of Cryoablation Volume with Renal Function Loss After Cryoablation in Solitary Functioning Kidneys

Patients with a solitary kidney and RCC are at risk of renal function deterioration and potentially ESRD with treatment, though quantification of the actual risk to inform decision-making and patient counseling is challenging. The purpose of this study was to analyze the degree of renal function deterioration and incidence of ESRD based on renal cryoablation volume parameters in patients with a solitary functioning kidney.
