Presenting features of indolent primary cutaneous B-cell lymphomas: Distinguishing clinical and histopathologic features

Primary cutaneous marginal zone lymphoma (PCMZL) and primary cutaneous follicle center lymphoma (PCFCL) are indolent B-cell lymphomas representing 20% of all cutaneous lymphomas.1 Because PCFCL and PCMZL can have overlapping clinical and histopathologic features, we investigated their clinical presentations, histopathologic features, and laboratory findings in our institution to determine whether distinguishing characteristics may exist for making a more accurate diagnosis.
