Single or Dual Antiplatelet Therapy Improves One-Year Arteriovenous Graft Patency and Overall Survival

Following new dialysis access creation there is no consensus on the optimal anti-thrombotic therapy. Recent studies have shown that single antiplatelet therapy may improve hospital mortality and patency. The aim of this study was to assess the role of different anti-thrombotic therapies on outcomes following access creation.
