Higher incidence of meibomian gland dysfunction in postmenopausal women with primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction

ConclusionsOur study revealed a prodominantly high incidence of MGD in postmenopausal women with PANDO, especially in a complete PANDO or aged < 70 years. Ophthalmologists need to pay close attention to MGD in postmenopausal women with PANDO.
