This project should: 1) position GOT security organs/rule of law institutions to work with community representatives/grassroots organizations to diagnosis internal recruitment drivers and develop localized strategies for countering the recruitment narrative 2) connect GOT officials from security and non-law enforcement ministries with grassroots actors to strategize on how to jointly implement initiatives to counter the effectiveness of extremist recruitment 3) provide funding to defray CSO-incurred costs as they jointly implement CVE strategies with GOT.
