Disseminated gonococcal infection is a rare disorder that can occur at any age. Diagnosis is typically delayed given the vague presentation and asymptomatic mucosal infection. This case report describes a patient presenting to the emergency department complaining of fever, myalgia, sore throat, and arthralgia for 7 days. The patient presented during a global pandemic and was concerned about COVID-19.
