Longitudinal peanut and Ara h 2 specific-IgE, -IgG4 and -IgG4/-IgE ratios are associated with the natural resolution of peanut allergy in childhood
Reports on the natural history of challenge-confirmed peanut allergy using prospective, population-based cohorts are rare. Little is known if specific-IgE (sIgE) or specific-IgG4 (sIgG4) to whole peanut or component Ara h 2 are useful biomarkers for identifying naturally resolving peanut allergy.
