Sedentary Behavior and Sleep Quality in Women

I read the article published in this journal by Zhou et  al1 with great interest. The authors examined the relationship between sedentary behavior and sleep quality among older adults with special reference to sex differences. The adjusted odds ratio [OR (95% CI] of sedentary behavior for poor sleep quality was 1.49 (1.20-1.85), and there was a dose-res ponse relationship by using the subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, and habitual sleep efficiency as sleep outcomes. These significances were only observed in women, and I have some comments on the study.
