184. Demonstrating Feasibility of a Transition Design Approach to Explore Adolescent Transition to Adulthood
Transition to adulthood is a multidimensional process that occurs across health, education, employment, financial, and community domains. Successful transition across these areas is crucial to the healthy development of adolescents and young adults. Multidisciplinary experts invested in transition have historically created strategies to measure and improve transition that are specific to their field and narrow in focus. We aimed to evaluate the feasibility of Transition Design as a community-engaged research approach to assess and improve the transition to adulthood across multiple domains.
