Heart Rhythm Society Quality Improvement Committee update

Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) committees have been created to advance our strategic goals, which evolve over time in response to scientific advances, clinical needs, external forces, and internal capabilities. The Quality Improvement (QI) Committee is a relatively new committee, formed in 2017. It was created to position HRS in a leadership role as value-based care models evolve and become more commonplace, with an emphasis increasingly placed on maximizing clinical outcomes while improving efficiency by decreasing unnecessary variation and minimizing waste.
