Multimodality imaging in cerebral venous thrombosis: a synopsis for emergency radiologist

AbstractCerebral venous thrombosis (CVT) is an uncommon but potentially fatal condition which presents with a wide range of symptoms. In this pictorial, we have tried to illustrate the direct and indirect imaging features of CVT in detail on multiple imaging modalities, along with the potential pitfalls of imaging.
