Developing an MR Signature of Prostate Hypoxia for the MR-Linac

Purpose: Intra-tumoral hypoxia in prostate cancer (PCa) is associated with worse prognosis after radical treatment [1,2]. MRI detection of hypoxia could identify men who benefit from hypoxia-modification or treatment intensification. We aimed to validate hypoxia-detection sequences in PCa acquired on the MR-Linac.
