Establishment of ganglioside GD2-expressing extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma cell line with scRNA-seq analysis

Extranodal natural killer (NK)/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type (ENKL), is characterized by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) infection and extremely poor survival [1 –9]. ENKL is common in South America and Asia; in East Asia it represents 3%–10% of all lymphomas [6]. Systemic dissemination, including bone marrow infiltration, is found at diagnosis in ∼35% of ENKL patients [8], in whom anthracycline-containing regimens yield dismal outcomes [1–9]. ENKL c ells often express multidrug resistance 1 protein/P-glycoprotein (encoded by MDR1/ABCB1) at high levels, with active efflux of various chemotherapeutic agents, including anthracyclines —10].
