11. Therapeutic effect of pumping manipulation therapy combined with self mouth opening stretching for patients with anterior disc displacement without reduction of the temporomandibular disorder

Pumping manipulation therapy is mandibular manipulation after pumping and hydraulic pressure to the upper joint cavity using a single puncture technique of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) reported by Murakami. We investigated the therapeutic effect of pumping manipulation therapy combined with self mouth opening stretching for patients with anterior disc displacement without reduction (ADDwoR) of the temporomandibular disorder (TMD).
