P063 An unusual complication of the pectoralis major flap
The pectoralis major flap is widely used as a salvage flap for head and neck reconstruction or when local resources or patient health do not allow for microvascular free tissue transfer. While the flap- related complications of this reconstruction option have been described in detail, donor-site complications have been seldom discussed.
