P105 Fibrous histiocytoma of the hard palate – clinico-pathological description of a rare tumour with literature review
Fibrous histiocytoma (FH) is a soft tissue tumour which can occur throughout the body. Its presence in the oral cavity is rare and diagnosis requires the use of histopathological and immunohistochemical analysis. There have only been 59 cases reported in English language literature to date.
