Farewell from outgoing Editor in Chief

It seems like only yesterday that I was appointed to a 10-year role, initially as the Deputy Editor and then, these final 5 years as the Editor-in-Chief. Ten years and over 12,000 manuscripts later, the time has come for me to step down.
