What are the highest paying contracts you ’ve seen in the middle of nowhere?

Considering anesthesia and I’m needing some motivation to get through surgery rotations. I’m from the country and plan on working in a rural hospital? What are the best contracts you all have seen for working in the middle of nowhere ?
