Evaluation of Lumbar Adhesiolysis Using a Radiofrequency Catheter During Epiduroscopy in the Treatment of Failed Back Surgery Syndrome (FBSS)

This study found a clinically relevant reduction of pain at 1 and 6 months after epiduroscopy in patients with FBSS. The use of a radiofrequency catheter is safe and effective in resection of hard and thick epidural scars.PMID:37972544
