Allan Siperstein (Cleveland, OH): Having served on our medical-legal committee for a decade, I am very familiar with this whole area, and medical centers will only go to court if they feel that they can win. Most cases are settled. You present data on the court rulings, but do you have data on all the cases that were settled?
