Modelling the spread of cystic fibrosis in Brittany using genealogical data over five centuries

Brittany is a peninsula bordered by 2730  km of coastline at the extreme west of France. The prevalence of cystic fibrosis (CF), the most widespread hereditary disease, is particularly high.
