Convergent MAPK pathway alterations mediate acquired resistance to FGFR inhibitors in FGFR2 fusion-positive cholangiocarcinoma

There is a knowledge gap in understanding mechanisms of resistance to FGFR inhibitors (FGFRi) and a need for novel therapeutic strategies to overcome it. We investigated mechanisms of acquired resistance to FGFRi in FGFR2-fusion-positive cholangiocarcinoma (CCA) patients.
