Plasmacytoma: A Rare Oral Complication of Multiple Myeloma

Plasmacytomas are unifocal, monoclonal neoplastic plasma cell proliferations which can occur independently but are more commonly associated with myelomas. Most often, these lesions present as solitary lesions of bone and rarely as solitary or multiple soft tissue nodules of the head and neck, with similar appearance to pyogenic granuloma.
