Letter to Editor regarding article, “3D assessment of graft malposition after ACL reconstruction: Comparison of native and 11o'clock ligament orientations”

Recently, we read “3D assessment of graft malposition after ACL reconstruction: Comparison of native and 11o'clock ligament orientations“ published by Mallinos et al. [1], the author used a finite element technique to develop the knee joint model, and analyzed the femoral tunnel at 11 o'clock direction In the ACL R adolescent population, the Lachman and pivot shift tests on anterior tibial displacement, the study found that the ACL reconstructed at 11 o'clock direction was compared with the original ACL anatomical position (approximately 10 o'clock direction) reconstruction, and the tibial plateau was moved forward, which is statistically significant.
