The stress hyperglycemic ratio can predict the no-reflow phenomenon following saphenous vein graft intervention in patients with acute coronary syndrome

ConclusionsThis study showed that SHR, a parameter that can be easily calculated noninvasively, is an independent predictor of NRP development in ACS patients undergoing saphenous interventions. In addition, high thrombus burden and predilatation before stenting were also found to be factors that increase the likelihood of developing NRP.
