ConclusionHigh sPD-L1 concentration is a negative predictor of immunotherapy efficacy in patients with NSCLC. It is worthwhile to determine sPD-L1 concentration to predict the risk of resistance to anti-PD-1 or anti-PD-L1 antibodies with greater certainty.
