A web-based contraceptive decision support tool for people with chronic conditions: a mixed-methods intervention design and pilot study

1) To identify critical priorities related to contraceptive decision-making for people with chronic conditions; 2) To design a person-centered contraceptive decision support (CDS) tool for people with chronic conditions; 3) To conduct a pilot study of the CDS in primary care clinics.
