Physiotherapist-led treatment for Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome (The PhysioFIRST study): A participant and assessor-blinded randomised controlled trial.
Introduction: This double-blind, randomised controlled trial (RCT) evaluated the effect of a physiotherapist-led intervention with targeted strengthening (STRENGTH) compared to a physiotherapist-led intervention with standardised stretching (STRETCH) on hip-related quality of life (QOL) and perceived improvement at six months in people with femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) syndrome.
