Lower limb coordination and coordination variability in runners with and without patellofemoral pain

Introduction: The motions of the lower extremity are usually coupled, and it is most likely that these motions are uncoupled/less well coordinated in the presence of patellofemoral pain (PFP). The evidence to support this hypothesis is contradictory. The aim was to investigate the difference between lower limb coordination and coordination variability between runners with and without PFP.
