Not so good after all? Having high levels of HDL cholesterol 'might raise your risk of dementia' - but scientists find NO link with 'bad' type

A team of US researchers found that those had the most high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol were 15 per cent more at risk of being struck by the memory-robbing disease.
