To study the usefulness of a novel echocardiographic marker, augmented mean arterial pressure (AugMAP  = [(mean aortic valve gradient + systolic blood pressure) + (2 × diastolic blood pressure)] / 3), in identifying high-risk patients with moderate aortic stenosis (AS).
