Pain and functional limitations post wrist and hand injuries are common. Patient Rated Wrist Evaluation (PRWE) is a self-report measure with acceptable levels of clinical measurement properties developed by Dr MacDermid1 to evaluate pain and functional limitations resulting from wrist and hand injuries. PRWE has been translated into various languages across the world in recent years. Tamil is one of the classical languages spoken across the world by over 76 million people and is an official language in different parts of the world like India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Singapore.
