Comparing Pain and Other Patient-reported Outcomes in Carotid Artery Revascularization: Carotid Endarterectomy vs Transcarotid Artery Revascularization
To assess the difference in patient-reported outcomes between carotid endarterectomy (CEA) and transcarotid artery revascularization (TCAR) at a single institution within the first 2 years of TCAR implementation. Primary outcomes studied were patient-reported pain scores and use of postoperative opioid analgesia.
