Spontaneous dissection of digestive arteries: Outcomes of medical, surgical, and endovascular treatment in 169 patients

Isolated spontaneous dissection of the gastrointestinal arteries is a rare condition. Its course is still not well known, and the optimal treatment is not established. The aim of this study was to study the evolution and management of this pathology.
