8. Etiological factors of proximal junctional kyphosis and failure in adult spinal deformity
Proximal junctional kyphosis (PJK), although mostly asymptomatic, entails a spectrum, with the severe end classified as proximal junctional failure. Despite proximal junctional kyphosis being a well-studied entity, there is a paucity of studies evaluating factors associated by different PJK etiologies.
