Functional and Histological Changes in Umbilical Artery and Myometrium Isolated from IUGR Complicated Pregnancies

Conclusions: The pathogenesis of IUGR might be associated with the impairment in the functional responses of L-type Ca2+ channels and BKCa channels in HUA smooth muscle.
