Exploring Connections Between Perceived and Actual Nutrition Risk Among Low-income, Uninsured Patients, and Their Healthcare Providers
Upon completion, participants will describe how patient- and provider-perceptions of nutrition risk compare to actual nutrition risk and impact need for referral to a dietitian for further assessment.
