Targeted Delivery SystemsJun Tan, You Lang Zhou, and co-workers construct successfully an M2M@PLGA/COX-siRNA delivery system and measure its targeting properties and therapeutic effects on a rat model of flexor digitorum longus (FDL) tendon injury combined with rotator cuff injury. Treatment outcomes indicate that the M2M@PLGA delivery system could provide an effective biological strategy for preventing multiple tendon adhesions.
