E-209 Comparative analysis of the vasodilatory effects of enteral nimodipine and tadalafil in an animal model of cerebral vasospasm

ConclusionCerebral vasospasm could leave neurologic deficit or sequelae even after proper treatment. Therefore, prevention is important. Tadalafil showed preventive effect against cerebral vasospasm and vasodilative effect similar to that of nimodipine. Therefore, tadalafil could be considered an alternative preventive treatment of cerebral vasospasm.Disclosures J.
