Factors related to COVID-19 vaccination intention and uptake among childbearing women.

Conclusions: COVID-19 vaccination for pregnant women is influenced by SDoH and perceptual factors. Particular attention should focus on persons with lower SES and Black/African American women who reported lower vaccination intention and uptake. Potential routes to increase vaccination in perinatal populations include reducing accessibility barriers and providing information about vaccine safety and efficacy.
