The mediating effect of work-family life balance on the relationship between the sense of coherence and job satisfaction in nurses

The aim of this study was to examine the mediating effect of work-family life balance on the relationship between the sense of coherence and job satisfaction in nurses. The nursing profession is the most likely to be exposed to various stressors and therefore stress in terms of the working environment and conditions, and the responsibilities it undertakes. Therefore, the work-family life balance of nurses may deteriorate. The study was carried out with a descriptive-relational design. The population of the study consisted of 300 nurses who met the criteria for inclusion in the study.
