Targeting emotional regulation using an Internet-delivered psychological intervention for cancer survivors: A randomized controlled trial
CONCLUSIONS: In its entirety, CM is a promising intervention for improving and maintaining cancer survivors' adaptive emotion regulation, especially for mindfulness and experiential avoidance.
