Membership in the American Society of Echocardiography: An Unforgettable Journey

As I look back over my years of membership in the American Society of Echocardiography (ASE), I am filled with both a sense of awe and a deep gratitude for all the opportunities that I have had to participate and grow in our Society. From my initial abstract presentation at the Scientific Sessions as a fellow over 25  years ago, I can’t help but remember all the individuals at ASE who have shaped and guided my career, all the task forces and committees that I have been able to serve on, and all the leadership roles that have allowed me to more fully appreciate the depth and breadth of our Society.
