Paediatric foreign body aspiration and endobronchial granuloma

Paediatric foreign body aspiration may result in pulmonary complications. Both surgical and bronchoscopic intervention have been described in managing larger endobronchial lesions. In this case, complete resolution of the granulomatous lesions was achieved with conservative management.
