P204 Changes of lymphocyte susceptibility to glucocorticoids in cystic fibrosis patients with Burkholderia cepacia
Recently we have shown decreased IL-17F levels in blood and sputum samples of CF patients, chronically colonized with Burkholderia cepacia complex (Bcc)1. Since IL-17F is a cytokine upregulating the expression of cellular glucocorticoid β-receptors, its deficiency may change steroid sensitivity in various tissues and organs.
