The Provision of Medication Abortion Care via Telehealth

In response to the Supreme Court's Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization ruling overturning Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and ending the constitutional right to abortion, protections to ensure equitable access to medication abortion care, including care via telehealth, are critical.
