Introduction: Sexual function after menopause is affected by psychological, cultural, interpersonal, and environmental factors. The sense of coherence reflects a person's ability to cope with stressors and may influence both the sexual experience and menopausal symptoms. We aimed to evaluate the link between sexual function the severity of climacteric symptoms, and the sense of coherence in postmenopausal women.
