Authors ’ reply to: Comment on the article by Dr. Yuki Otsuka: COVID-19 Omicron variant-induced laryngitis

We would like to thank Otsuka et  al. for the letter regarding our recent article ‘‘COVID-19 Omicron variant-induced laryngitis’’ [1]. We are in the opinion that with this letter the authors have provided us an opportunity to explain some of the points in greater detail.
